South Bay Rod and Gun Club is offering a full one day course specifically for women (18Y and older) who own a semi-automatic handgun, with instruction and coaching provided by some of the best qualified instructors available. Our Instructors have backgrounds in teaching law enforcement and/or the military, plus years and years of experience practicing firearms safety and proficiency. We will cover many important areas about the semi-automatic handgun, including handgun nomenclature, gun and range safety, grip, stance, trigger control, sight and target acquisition, evaluating shot accuracy and applying corrective actions, drawing from your hip mounted holster, identifying and clearing various malfunctions and learning proper loading and unloading techniques. This class is an ALL DAY CLASS and will include lecture and range time. Most importantly, it will be FUN and give newer shooters a great boost of confidence. The cost is $150 - Class size is limited to 10 ladies. Instruction will be a 2:1 students to instructor ratio.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for "no shows". Cancellations must be submitted no later than 12 noon pst on Thursday, March 9th for a full refund.
